Join your team from an invitation
An invitation joins you to your team’s organization in Soja. Accept it with the email it was sent to, within 7 days.
When someone on your team invites you, Soja sends you an email. Its subject names the teammate who invited you and your team’s organization.
Accept it
- Choose Accept invitation in the email.
- Sign in with the address the invitation was sent to. If you don’t have an account yet, signing in creates one. See Sign in or create an account.
- On the page that reads Join and your team’s name, choose Accept invitation. Soja opens your team’s inbox.
If the invitation isn’t meant for you, choose Decline under “Not for you?”.
An invitation lasts 7 days, and only the address it was sent to can accept it.
If it doesn’t open
- “This invitation is for another email”: you’re signed in with a different address. Choose Use another email and sign in with the one the invitation went to.
- “This invitation has ended”: it was already accepted, it was withdrawn, or it’s more than 7 days old. Ask whoever invited you for a new one.
- “Couldn’t open the invitation”: Soja couldn’t be reached just then. Choose Try again.
