The phone app
Soja on your phone has your inbox, your contacts and a keypad, and puts a call on the full screen.
The phone app has three tabs:
- Inbox: every conversation, with pills to show All or one number’s. Keypad is at the top right.
- Contacts: every customer from A to Z. Tap one to open their thread.
- Settings: the email you’re signed in with, and Sign out.
A conversation opens over the inbox, with the same thread as on the web and a box at the bottom for a text or a note. A call fills the screen: the customer, what Soja found, the transcript, and the call’s keys at the bottom. See Mute, keypad and ending a call.
